Noisy (and Cute!) Little Harp Seal

I'm not one for cold temperatures, but this little baby harp seal makes me want to jump on the first plane to wherever he is and play with him and his brothers and sisters.

I thought it was too much cuteness when he rolled over and got all wiggly, but then he had to go and start eating the snow... Awwww.

How about a baby sea lion next, please.

VERY Vocal Kitty (with Extreme Close-up!)

I do not know what this kitteh is saying, but I do know it's important. It has to be... he keeps talking and talking and talking about it.

So much talking, in fact, that he has to stop for a second and take a breather and lick his lips before continuing on with what he was saying. Can anyone speak fluent Cat? I'd like to know what he's trying to hard to tell us!

You know I'm a sucker for 'em, so more extreme close-up, please!

Smart Cat Opens the Door (He's Good!)

Nothing will stand behind this cat and where he wants to go -- even if that something is a door.

He's got this door business all figured out... You see that twisty bar thing? It's a HANDLE, and if you lean your paw weight on it juuuuust right...

Open sesame!

More cute cats and doors, please.

Pimp and Moo Dress Up for the 4th of July

We have two things to celebrate at the Cute today...

1. It's the 4th of July

2. IT'S PIMP'S BIRTHDAY!

It's clear which one is the most important up there. In fact, Pimp is so important, that every year the entire United States has the day off work and everyone sets of fireworks and everything to celebrate his birthday! (Don't tell him all that is for reason #1 up there... he really thinks it's all for him.)

Pimp and Moo are always looking for a good reason to dress up, and these seemed like two good ones -- all in the same day! Enjoy the pictures and leave Pimp a comment down there to wish him a happy day... he's the big 10 today!

The birthday boy, in all his birthday boy glory.

Pimp hearts the U.S.A.

Moo would rather nom on it.

Ring... Ring... Cat Answers the Phone!

I watched this video actually talking to the screen: Oh, please answer it! Pleasepleaseplease.

How about a dog with a phone, please.

My Little Pony - Baby Miniature Horse!

Another great one I received by email (Cute has the best friends!).

Let's be real, Cuteheads: This is the cutest horse you've ever seen. Ever. I imagine she could probably live in my house quite comfortable, and even snuggle in the bed.

Here's her story, from the email:

Toy horses are usually pink and plastic –- and aimed at young girls. But this little pony is 100 per cent natural – and ready to make friends with anyone her size.

Born ten days ago at a stud in the southern state of Victoria , Australia , the 15 inches miniature horse – which is yet to be named – has already formed a bond with Sam Leith, 12.

Going for a walk: Sam leads the way, followed by Bliss and her tiny new daughter.

Seeing eye to eye: The little horse has already formed a bond with youngster Sam Leith.

Owner Lee Scown said she wanted a name that reflected the tiny, unique nature of the horse.
'It’s the smallest horse I've ever had and she’s so gorgeous,' Ms. Scown said.

The miniature horse snuggles up to mummy as local people try to come up with a name for her.

The horse, currently only a little taller than this book, is expected to grow to about 24 inches. "It’s amazing to see a horse so tiny, and she’s about the size of a week-old lamb."

The horse is the smallest born at Riverdance and its arrival surprised even its breeder. "We got told the mare wasn't due for another four weeks but on Sunday morning I walked outside and called her, and out ran the little foal behind her."

Tight squeeze: The horse is so small it can fit underneath her mother.

More cute horsies, please.
