Seriously, when I first looked at this picture I literally laughed out loud (and I don't use the letters LOL lightly). Apparently, the original crasher squirrel picture featured a crasher cat as well -- but it was cut out before it went viral!

What an outrage! :) The hysterical kitty down there is one of the Cute's good Twitter buddies, @Dunkin_the_Cat. Doesn't it just make you crack up?!

I have to admit, my attention usually wanders after about a minute of watching a video, but Allen has be mesmerized the whole way though. Not even sure why. It's just so cute!

Two Cats Tuesday: A Pile of Two Kitties

Hey Cuteheads! I'm going to start a new regular Tuesday column -- Two Cats Tuesday! It'll be all about my two babies, Pimp and Moo. You've met them before, but now they're going to have their own special day on the Cute!

Make sure you come by each week and see what they're up to and say hi!

The first Two Cats Tuesday (and the reason I decided to start it, actually) is a totally groundbreaking moment the two boys had. You see, Pimp tolerates Moo. And by tolerate I mean he can be in the same room with him, but grooming, cuddling and PDA are completely off limits.

So you can imagine my sheer delight (Oh crap! Where's the camera?! Come on camera, turn on, turn on...) when I found this pileup on the love seat.

Is that Moo lying on Pimp? And is Pimp (nearly) unaffected by this? I wouldn't go so far as to say it's a "cuddle" but it's definitely an intrusion on Pimp's personal space (he needs a lot from Moo), and he doesn't appear to be in any hurry to skedaddle like usual.

Yup. Another look affirms this. He might actually be OK with it...

Which brings us to my other reason why this pile of kitties was so funny -- what kind of pile is this anyway? Don't cats usually lay next to each other, or slightly overlapping, or touching paw to back or something? Since when does one comfortably just hop aboard parallel to the other on his back?

I guess that's Moo for you. He has never followed any rules, so I should know better than to expect him to start doing so now...

Doberman Ninja Training

This is one sneaky doggie... First, let me just say that if I'm going to encounter a sneaky doggie, I prefer for that doggie to be a little smaller, like say a teacup poodle or a miniature dachshund.

I'm pretty sure the last kind of dog I want sneaking up on me is a doberman -- but this big girl is so cute! I love the close-up of her face, right up until, uh, you'll see. ;)

Kitten Sneaks Up on Little Fox

This reminds me of the bird sneaking up on the cat video, except this time it's the cat doing the sneaking.

The floofy white kitten is veeeery slowly, veeeery carefully inching his way up to the ridiculously cute fennec fox (A close-up, yay!)... and then he realized what he's doing, and the fox realizes, too. Someone gets the ol' one-two -- watch to find out who!

Elvis Does NOT Want to Take a Bath

Happy Caturday, everyone! A couple days ago we were talking on Twitter about how cats love to "help" make the bed. I know my cat, Moo, makes it absolutely impossible, and after hearing everyone else chime in, he's definitely not the only sheet freak out there.

Baby Horse Cuddles Up in Mom's Lap

This newborn baby horse knows where he's safest -- in his mom's lap. (I know! I didn't know horses did this either.) These pictures were taken right after the little guy was born. Mom was tired and laid down, and he cuddled right up with her! Beautiful, isn't it?

Kitty Jump Wind-Up (It's Maru!)

Now, I've seen many cats do this jump attack, but I'm not sure I've ever seen the technique Maru uses... Most cats and kittens get veeeery low and slowly ease into the butt wiggle action before making the pounce.

Maru, however, is more advanced. He add an extra step -- the Front Paw Curl. Watch and learn, kitties:

Well, these cute kittens definitely get an "A" for effort when it comes to playing with their new toy. They know there's a ball in there, and that they're supposed to be able to play with it... but how?

Two cute baby lions were born at the London Zoo 10 weeks ago -- and they just took their first little lion steps yesterday!

Little Monkey Showers Like a Human

Lui the little Capuchin monkey showers just like we do. You know, you look up at the shower head (or faucet, in Lui's case) and wash the water over your face. Then you wash up everywhere else.

He must be so little to have so much room to wash around in the sink like that. So cute!

Earlier this morning, Cute put up a DJ turntable kitty spinning on the ones and twos... now we have a boxing cat giving him the ol' one-two punch!

Moo's Midnight Antics

So if you've been reading the Cute for a while, you know I have a cat named Moo. He showed up on my back porch around Christmas last year... and the rest is history.

Well, Moo has this funny thing he does with his toys. Every day I "clean up" after the boys and put their toys in their toy basket. They know they're there and go on over and pick one out whenever they want to play. It's really, really cute.

Moo, however, doesn't like his toys there. He likes them all in one place, sure, but just not that place. So at night when I'm sleeping, he works very hard to rearrange things. One by one, he grabs a toy and carries them somewhere else to pile them.

I know he does it, but this morning's pile was especially cute -- it was like he brought them all over to me! Never mind my pajama pants and T-shirt (I sleep in a tank top and shorts, but keep these by my bed because it's freezing when I wake up)... but look at what a funny pile he made on them!

He brought me a whole bunch of toys and it was the first thing I saw when I got up. It was so cute, and such a sweet way to start the day. He can't make me breakfast or switch on the coffee, so he just does what he can to show me he loves me...

Cats! Gotta love 'em.

"All Tangled Up" - Cute Kitten Commercial

So I got suckered into clicking on an ad while I was listening to Pandora at work the other day -- it was too cute of an ad not to. It took me to a URL with the cutest name, www.alittlepieceofhappy.com, that had a bunch of videos -- some of them cute, some of them silly.

This, my friends, was cute enough to share... it is a little piece of happy.

They called this video Little Bunny Foo Foo and it was too cute not to copy... but this bunny isn't technically a Foo-Foo (a floof-floof, maybe) -- she's a Lulu. A big, soft, fuzzy bunny of a Lulu.

Luk Chai the baby elephant (he lives at the Taronga Zoo in Sydney) doesn't need a rubber duckie to make bath time lots of fun -- it's fun just to splash around and look cute. Wait for it while you're watching... it gets even cuter when they start spraying him down with the hose!

Cute Pet Spotlight: Chase No Face!

I can't remember when I first stumbled on Chase's blog, but from the very second I did, I was immediately smitten with this kitten. See, Chase isn't your ordinary kitty...

This is how she tells her story:

I was in an accident when I was 4 wks (2005), I became disfigured. I have a Furry will to survive & I am completely healed. I require medication during the day to keep my eyes moist. I will always look different but I am in NO PAIN! I have seen 10 vets and they can attest to that! I'm a happy kitty and hope to help other humans feel just as great about themselves and realize that not everyone looks perfect and that is OK. =^..^=

I beg to differ, though... I think Chase is perfect -- perfectly cute! In fact, I think her special face is so precious that she's one of the cutest kitties I've ever seen.

It makes me smile every time I visit her blog to see that she's just like a regular kitty, and doesn't miss out on any regular kitty daily activities. She loves to look out the window at the birdies, cuddling with her family, playing with toys, grooming her siblings and lounging on furniture.

She does need special eye medication every day to keep her eyes all healthy and moisturized (she can't blink!), but other than that she's fabulous!
