Kermie here has the funny habit of doing this silly wiggle every time he's done with the litter box. His owners started calling it the "Kermie Butt Dance" and, well, it stuck. (Although I'm sure there's nothing stuck on Kermie's butt anymore... Just sayin.)
How about a dancing elephant next, please!
P.S. I know that butt-dragging can be a sign of worms, but it sounds like Kermie does this really as a way of wiping his little kitty butt! Haha. His owners say they clean the carpet every day. ;)
P.P.S. Special thanks to Cute's friend (and @Quadpawd's mommy!) Angie for sending us this cute video!
They need to get him his own rug!
ReplyDeleteSilly cat. It is a funny little dance.
ReplyDeleteMaybe Kermie just needs some TP!
ReplyDeleteLOL! This is funny! We've never seen a kitty do that before.
ReplyDeleteTwo words: SKID MARKS! ROFMOL
ReplyDeleteCats are funny when they come out of their boxes....
ReplyDeleteOh, yikes, that brings back bad memories for me. I think Kermie is too fat to clean his own but and he is spreading feces on that rug every time he does that! I don't think cleaning it daily is really happening or they would help this kitty with his problem. My cat, Ruth, did this a few times and it was a nightmare! It is GROSS on your carpet!!
ReplyDeleteOh dear, poor little guy but maybe it's just a habit he can't break, whether or not he needs to wipe his bottom? My orange cat is sort of tubby just like Kermie. I wonder if it's an orange cat thing to be fat?

ReplyDeleteI've never seen a cat do that before but I agree with WillOaks, it seems like a habit now! Funny but icky!
