Baby Kittens in Their Momma's Belly!

Did you know that you can see kitten squirming in their momma's belly before they're born? I'd never thought about how amazing that must be, until I saw this video.

This is Emmy, a foster momma cat over at one of the cutest blogs I know, Love and Hisses. She was ready to pop any day now, and her foster mom took this video of her belly the day before the kitties came out!

Isn't it just entrancing to watch those babies wiggle around in there? Imagine how big they are. They just want out!

And when they finally did come out, there were four beautiful little tabby kittens!

These are the little piggies that were in there.

If you want to follow along, she'll be posting lots of pictures as these babies grow up. And she always takes the cutest pictures! Visit them at love-and-hisses.com.

Bird Feeds a Dog Noodles

What a generous birdie to share his noodles with his doggie friend! One by one, he picks up a noodle with his beak, walks to the end of the counter and offers to his buddy.

Not only that, but is he dipping them in something first? It looks to me like he's even putting a little sauce on the noodles before serving them up!

BONUS CUTE: Here's a bird and a cat who are best friends.

P.S. Did you see my post yesterday? I'm asking for some help finding my dream job, and I figured the Cutehead family would be a great group of people to possibly help out!

Here's Where I Ask YOU For Help (Please!)

Hey all! Today I need your help. Not for a cat, for me.

Some of you know a little bit about my "real job" and some of you don't. I know it's hard to believe, but I don't sit around watching cute cat videos all day (although wouldn't that be fun?!). For my actual career, my official title is Director of Marketing Communications Strategies, which is just fancy-pants for I send emails and am in charge of social media. It's not really that simple, of course, but that's about as easy as I can explain it.

Well, that was my title until about two weeks ago, actually. After six years with eDiets.com, it's officially my time to move on and set out for bigger and better things. I had a great time working there, learned a lot of things and met some fabulous people, but they're cutting back a lot and focusing on very specific things, and email marketing, as it turns out, wasn't one of them. I was let go, or more specifically, my "position was eliminated," but am still technically helping out for the next few weeks to help transition.

Some people would be sad about this, but I'm happy! I am excited for new challenges, a new place, new people and -- hopefully with your help! -- working for a company or cause I truly love. I would love to use my skills for some sort of pet-related company (bonus points if they have an office dog or cat).

So how can you help?

Our network of Cute followers is huge! Here is my LinkedIn profile so you can see exactly what I do (Are you on LinkedIn? Let's connect!). I've had the joy of making so many friends here, and I am hoping someone knows someone who knows someone who is hiring for my perfect position!

I am looking for something in the email marketing or social media field. I live in South Florida and am not really looking to move. I would, however, LOVE to work remote! I do my best work on my beach balcony, supervised by my two kitties.

Some job titles that might match what I can do: Director of Communications, Email Marketing Director, Email Manager, Social Media Manager, Community Manager, Content Director, Managing Editor, Senior Editor, Person With the Best Shoes in the Office.

Do any of you know anyone who might be hiring for my dream pet-related position? Or maybe you know of an awesome position in an amazing company (that isn't pet-related, but would be perfect for me!)?

If you do, please feel free to email me at my (more professional) email address: writedorian (at) gmail (dot) com with any links or info. And please feel free to pass along my LinkedIn profile page to anyone you think might be interested.

I really appreciate any help you all might have. I'm over here combing job listings every day and I just know I'll find something fabulous!

Cat Uses Sign Language to Ask for Food

Today's Cute is seriously amazing! Here is a kitty who is actually using sign language to ask his daddy for a bite of his food. He taps to get his attention (normal, meh), but then he proceeds to actually paw out "eat" in sign language.

Amazing! Scroll down after the kitty video to see what "eat" looks like in sign language for real. This kitty really does it well!

Thanks to Cute's friend, Kerri from The Kitten Crew, for sharing this cute sign language cat video!

P.S. I know I said I needed your help today, but I had to move it to tomorrow. Car problems had me stranded for three hours last night, so I didn't have time to do the post. Tomorrow, for sure! Please come by! :)

Two Cats Tuesday: Random Pictures of Pimp and Moo

Happy Two Cats Tuesday, Cuteheads! Today we're just going to have a smorgasbord (bonus points for using a fun word!) of pictures of the boys. None of them really go together in any kind of a theme... unless you count CUTE as a theme, of course!

Happy Pimp is happy. And sleepy.

Oh hai! I'm chillin' in my Cat Ball!

This one needs no words. <3

Being a cat model is hard work!

Moo has his own games on my iPad. Most expensive cat toy EVER.

Hope you all enjoyed random pictures day! We should do this more often!

P.S. Please come on back tomorrow... I need your help with something. :)

Cute Giveaway: Win the Cat Swag Bag Celebs Got at the Academy Awards!

Here's your chance to win one of the coolest bags I've ever seen -- a cat-themed hipster bag exactly like animal-loving celebrities got as swag (check out their pictures below)!

This is The Tiniest Tiger Hipster Bag, and it's the most adorable, cute, functional bag. It's black with a cat print kind of woven in! And it's totally STUFFED with lots of cat goodies from pawsome companies like ModernCat, World's Best Cat Litter, Iams and lots of your favorite cat blogs!

On Wednesday, there was a Red Carpet Cat Party in L.A. to raise awareness for conservationism hosted by Jackson Galaxy and The Tiniest Tiger, and all of the celebs who attended got this bag. It's selling for $69 (a portion of the proceeds go to benefit global conservation efforts), but you can win it free here!

I got one to try out and OMC! I love it. I'm going to use it all the time as my everyday bag. For real. It is so cute! There I am modeling it in the picture down there on the beach. The beach is pretty and I think I'm pretty cute (hehe!), but the BAG is the best part!

That's me! I love the Tiniest Tiger Hipster Bag!

HOW TO WIN
To win one of your own, just let me know in the comments below that you'd like to enter.

Your Daily Cute is part of the Red Carpet Cat Walk Blog Tour, so there are lots of other chances to win this bag on other cat blogs, too. We're all teamed up to get the word out about it!

Check out all the cool people loving their bag! Don't you want one? :)

Don't forget to leave a comment below to enter to win! Entries must be received by Friday, March 9 at midnight Eastern time. I'll pick one randomly and let them know shortly after. Good luck, Cuteheads!

Asparagus is Fun!

Raise you hand if you've ever wasted money on a cat toy! Silly humans... We should know by now that cats would rather play with the darndest things than a real cat toy.

Take Mouse here, for example. She somehow stumbled upon a piece of asparagus -- and the fun went on for hours, her foster mom said!

She does make asparagus look pretty exciting, doesn't she? Maybe more people would eat veggies if you were allowed to play with your food like this.

Thanks to Cute's friend, Kathryn, from Kate's Cats (go like her on Facebook!) for sharing this video of her foster kitten, Mouse, with us!

P.S. Be sure to come by tomorrow for an exciting Cute giveaway!
