Raccoon Plays Sprinkler Harp

What a lovely musical piece this genius raccoon is playing with his sprinkler! The melody flows just like water from a... well... from a sprinkler.

Sometimes you just come across a video that makes you giggle. This is one of those. You can also file this under: Some People Have Way Too Much Time on Their Hands (but we love them for it!).


P.S. I am going to keep sharing pictures of these ridiculously adorable kittens and taunting you all with their cuteness until we find all their legs to complete their transport next weekend!

They are going from South Florida all the way to Maine and we only have TWO legs left to fill. Let's not let these cuties down!

It's the Great Cat-ador!

Cat-ador, you say? What's a cat-ador? Well, it's just like a matador... only way cuter, and absolutely harmless to the kitty!

Let me explain. You grab a red cat cube thing, shake it a bit in the air, and within seconds a cat bull-rushes it and hops right into the cube! Tada!


NOTE FROM CUTE: We're gearing up for our next transport, and this is set up to be the cutest one of all time! We've got a bunch of kittens and their moms!

In the kennel is where I lived with most of the strays...

Two Cats Tuesday: Moo Staredown and the Song I Sing to Pimp

Happy Two Cats Tuesday, Cuteheads! It's our favorite day of the week -- Pimp and Moo's day on the blog! Hurray for the boys!

Today I want to show you what Moo looks like all the time. His favorite hobby in the whole wide world is to worry about whatever Pimp is doing. It's one of his biggest concerns in life.

Is Pimp doing something over there?

Hmmm. Is he? I think it looks like he is...

Heck yeah, he's doing something! Whoa!

You can kind of see Pimp a little bit in the reflection in the sliding glass door in the picture. What was he doing? Nothing interesting at all -- just sniffing something on the table!

But it was good enough to be Moo's entertainment for the day, I guess. Exciting!

Here's some entertainment for you, though...

I sing songs to Pimp. His theme songs are "Pimpin' All Over the World" and "Big Pimpin'"... but today I had a new one for him!

That crazy lady was singing to me again...

One of his nicknames is Poopie... Poopie Love, to be exact (don't ask). So I was singing The Supremes "Baby Love" to him -- only with Poopie Love as the lyrics!

No video of me singing (thank God!), but here's Diana Ross and crew. Feel free to sing along with Poopie Love instead. :)

Cat Picks Out His Favorite Toy from His Toy Box

Flip flips out for his favorite toy, and will dig down to the bottom of his toy chest to get it!

It's a Valerian root pillow, which if you don't know, is extra stinky -- and even better that catnip to some kitties! We have plague rats that have it in them and Pimp and Moo go nuts!

Flip clearly loves his little pillow toy, and I love watching him dig it out!
