I'm pretty sure that I could teach Moo to do this. Sometimes I think he might already. He loves to get on the bathroom counter and kind of lean way forward while I'm getting ready. I usually get nervous he's going to jump on me and scratch, so I get closer. But maybe we'll try the flying cat hug trick next time!

Flying Cat Hug!
If people can jump into the arms of the ones they love, kitties can, too!

That looks like Harley's kind of trick!
ReplyDeleteLeap of faith!!!
ReplyDeleteSherpa the Farm cat will do this only from behind. It tends to startle the male person and publicist
ReplyDeleteWe'd need a Teflon sweater for that trick.
ReplyDeletePD does this too; straight up to my shoulder directly from the floor. Always soft paws up front; not so much the back end. I just love it. My clothes are a wreck though.
ReplyDeleteMy Din will do this from the floor into mine and my husbands arms and he's over 6' tall. The first time he did it was a bit startling, but now it's expected when we come home. He does it just about every day.
ReplyDeleteMy Teodor Katbluskee jumps on my back! My back! Behind my back!
ReplyDeleteAll of a sudden, I get this excruciating pain in my upper back, and I know...I know...
My cat did that from the time he was a kitten. Loved being greeted by a jump and a hug when I came home.
