Mommy Duck and Her Babies Stop Traffic in Washington D.C.

In the middle of the hustle and bustle of a major city, it's always a heart-warming sight to see people get together to do good -- like help a family of ducks cross a busy street.

Just yesterday, this adorable family of ducks proudly marched across Pennsylvania Avenue, escorted by a bunch of volunteer crosswalk patrol people. With their help, all the cars stopped and mom and her babies made it safe and sound.

BONUS CUTE: Watch a cop stop traffic to help ducks cross!

Thanks to Cute's friend Lauren of Dog Scoop Daily for sharing this adorable duck-crossing video!

  2. Hope they found some water soon ~~ We have ducks who visit our pool every spring and they showed up in Feb this year.  A male and female and THEN 2 or 3 other males show up.  Lots of duck fights.  I feed them good bird seed and they love it.  Never have had any babies though.  They'll play in the water then sit on the cool deck and snooze..................
