This weekend was the first days I left everyone out in general population 24/7 without closing a door to separate Pimp and Moo from Phantom when I left the house. I was doing that just to be super careful so I didn't come home to some crazy situation.
So we tried this since seems seemed to be going better... and everyone was great!
We were nice enough to leave a corner for our mom. We're thoughtful kitties. |
Later that day, I went and lied on the bed and two of the boys came right over to lie with me. And this happened...
We have to always be in contact in some way to make sure she's safe! |
And then, yesterday, I caught this...
Sniff, sniff... Up close #phantomwatch! |

Oh yay! "Three Cats Thursdays" coming soon?? ;-)
ReplyDeleteThat's great!
ReplyDeleteYay!! Such great news! It takes time, but it'll happen. It took me around 6-8 months to integrate our two foster failures into the household. So happy to hear Phantom is settling in. I hope it's for the long-term. :) <3
ReplyDeleteThis is great news. I love the pic of them laying with you. I saw when you posted it on FB & loved it then too. I sure hope Phantom is in his forever home. ;)
ReplyDeleteThis is just awesome! Makes me smile :)
ReplyDeleteMay I add... CUTE!
ReplyDeleteI knew this would happen,it just takes time! :)
ReplyDeleteAwwww....
ReplyDeleteand they lived happily ever after. :)
I looked for my Two Cats Tuesday all day and it never came. I was getting worried! I came looking for it to make sure everything was all right. Anyone know why my email didn't come today?
ReplyDeleteIt looks like they may be working out their issues! I echo the sentiment of "Three Cats Thursday".
ReplyDeleteYAY I am so happy things are going better!!!
ReplyDeletecongrats on some progress with your boys. i`m dealing with a tortie and the stray i pulled in from the bushes. i got him fixed last month. and they do have moments of get along, it`s a lot of spit and hisses. it might be that way until he gets older.(like next year, when he`ll be full grown.sigh)
ReplyDeleteAwww, great news, good to see they are warming up to each other. I think they'll do things on their terms when they want to, you know typical cats :)
ReplyDeleteI don't know why I didn't get this yesterday instead of today, or why I haven't gotten today's Daily Cute. But Dorian, give up already. You've gone so far as to integrate Phantom into your family, it's time to admit that he's your cat. It's THREE cats Tuesday!
ReplyDeleteThree Cheers! One for each of the Boys, obviously! And three more just because.
ReplyDeleteThis is great progress! Thanks for such a lovely post!
ReplyDeleteThat is wonderful!!! So happy for all of you! :)
ReplyDeleteThey haven't reached the goal of total acceptance but a big step has been made toward it. I think this is just wonderful. Good luck with 3 cats tuesdays!
ReplyDeleteOn another subject: What has happened to Gwen in the meantime ? Please keep us updated. Thanks, Dorian.
ReplyDeleteAwe, that's adorable! I wish I could get Lunchbox and Cupcake to accept out kitty Oreo.
ReplyDeleteIt certainly looks like everything is going to be fine. They are so adorable. Love the pic of you with Phantom and Moo (and Moo's paw on your check is so sweet)!
ReplyDeleteThat is fantastic!!!!! Them smelling nose to nose is a great sign. They will set their territory but not be too territorial by the looks of it. They have made a place for each other and near to each other so that is very very good. I love the three of them on the bed. Camaderie!
ReplyDeleteAnd the two with you is just priceless!!!! Wow!! I am very happy for all of you. Does this mean Phantom is your boy?
Hugs and kisses.
looks like phantom was meant to live with y'all:). so happy. love, love, love!!!
ReplyDeletewhy that is wonderful. i'm so happy for your little pod. this could be a new way of life for you all. be blessed.
