Well, this cat has us all scratching our heads. This is by far the most clever, most fool-proof way I've ever seen for a jar to open. Guess what happens at the end of the video... (and listen to the LOUD purrs!)
Note from Cute: We're soooo close to our goal for Santa Paws Drive! If you haven't already heard, me and a couple friends started a charity drive to raise toys and money for shelter animals for Christmas. We just need a few hundred dollars to reach our goal... If you have can spare any pocket change, we'd appreciate the support!
I could do that.
ReplyDeleteI think I could do that.
ReplyDeleteThat is great. I have a cat that will push my arm with his head and then he hugs me with his paws when he wants something. That was a smart kitty.
ReplyDeleteLuv the sound effects!

HA! My cat does the scratchy thing too. And the pleading eyes. But then our little one also knows how to open the cabinet where the catnip is kept. She hasn't yet figured out how to open the bag (tho she doesn't have to!)
ReplyDeleteThat's the Hypnotic-You-Are-Under-My-Command purr. Very effective!
ReplyDeleteHarley would not give up on opening the jar. He goes at it persistently to open bags, boxes and getting into cabinets-it has to be opened, he won't get out until he has finished, whatever it is he's doing. Very cute kitty.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet little face. Who could ever resist giving him treats?
ReplyDeleteVery cute. Ferrets put a little less effort to get treats. They just stare at us.

ReplyDeleteHmmm, I wonder if that would work with hooves.
