Begging Cat

Earl (Earl!) the cat has this begging thing down pat. He pulls out all the stops: the sweet, pathetic meow, the droopy, cute eyes, the standing paw-begging-motion, the slight body wiggle...

Earl can have whatever he wants. Anything. Whenever. Every time. And then he can have a huge hug, because that's what I want to give him right now. A giant hug. And some food, I guess.


P.S. Earl and his family are in Japan and safe!

    Yes can tell he is japanese, the begging style is so oriental, with paws together and the humble pose - not like my Brit cat - typically Brit cats stand up on back legs and paws are quite high in a sort of grabbing posture - not nealy so humble! still good though.

    Ohhhh I am dying of his cuteness!! I wish we had seen someone give him the food. He is ADORABLE! Is it my imagination or does Japan have some of the most interesting cats? They can all do such amazing things!

    Caren - it's so true. I don't know why... maybe Japanese cats have an special "cute" gene. Not that ours aren't cute, but those kitties are just extra cute!

    I am dying he/she is ADORABLE. I've seen a few videos with that praying style move...do you think that is trained behavior or natural?
    THe wobble got me! no way would my cats be so patient!
