But just when you think you're going to have to choose between the two of them, the third kitten really kicks in. And it turns out she's a screamer... a bona fide rock star in the making. She's got some lungs on her!
P.S. Today Chalse starts on his transport journey to his new mom in St. Louis! Remember how we raised money for him to save him from death row? Well, I'm going to do the first leg of his trip tomorrow! He'll meet up with his new kitty sister in Georgia (also saved from death row!) and then go on to their new home all the way in Missouri. We'll be sharing tons of pictures on the Cute's Facebook page, so be sure to follow along on their journey! I think I'm leaving around 5pm.
And here's your daily reminder to vote! Cute is a finalist for "Funniest Blog or Blogger in this year's Petties awards. The winner gets a $1,000 donation to a shelter of their choice. If I win, the Cats Exclusive kitties get the money! Yay! Vote here: http://petties.dogtime.com/ or by clicking the badge. Thank you!

aw, poor Albus was getting so upset I had to stop watching
ReplyDeleteLet those babies out of there!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI had to put head phones on my dogs started barking and looking around for the kittens.
ReplyDeleteI have no idea how she didn't just scoop them all up or just lie in the bathtub with them. I think that's where I'd be -- in the bathtub all the time -- if I had those babies in my house!
ReplyDeleteAwwww. Is Albus your kitty?
ReplyDeleteThey just wanted to sing along, too!
ReplyDeleteThe loudest kitten is indeed an easy one to figure out!!! But the most persistent -- purrsistent? well, there was no purring going on there, just loud mewing! -- is the one who very nearly made it out of the tub!!!
ReplyDeleteNever mind the meowing, why in the world are they in a bathtub? And its not funny.
ReplyDeleteThose kittens can really sing! So happy for Chalse!! You guys have a safe trip and I can't wait to see some great pictures!!
ReplyDeleteHi Laura! When kittens are small and people are fostering, they often keep them in a small bathroom to keep them safe and away from anything that might harm them or that they might get into. A lot of time they start out in just a big cardboard box! :) A tub has lots of space and is safe for them. You can see they can't get out, so this way they stay where they should be. It's really common! These babies are actually in a good place. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm sure I'll take lots! I hope everyone who does the other legs of the trip does too. I asked them to! :)
ReplyDeleteGive those kitties some LOVE
ReplyDeleteI wonder what those kitties were saying!!! I've never seen my cats react the way they did when I was watching the video. I tried to catch them run around with their ears cocked back searching for the kittens. So funny.
ReplyDeletecan't... take... the... cuteness!!!!!!!!!! it's too much!!
ReplyDeleteAdorable baby faces! Big voices! Give them another day or two, and out they will come! I agree, pick 'em up and love 'em! They need to play with kitty toys too, and that will keep them occupied.
ReplyDeleteSo many adorable squeakers! ♥
