First up, we have two sets of kittens that were still a little sick the last time we transported cats up to Maine, so they stayed behind for a few extra weeks to get healthy (only healthy kitties on the road!). They are the Spice Pack and the Potters.
The Spice Pack are Pepper, Cayenne, Chili and Cinnamon. They also have a mom named Sage, but she found a wonderful home down here already!

And so we found her a great home! She is going to Cutehead Danielle B.'s mom (who adopted Hagrid earlier!).

Oh hai. I'm Luigi! |
Big-boy Buddy. He's a sweetie. |
Pretty Suki. |
You can follow along with their transport today and tomorrow on Your Daily Cute's Facebook page and on Twitter using the hashtag #15catcaravan. I'll be tweeting as @YourDailyCute, of course! Help us cheer these kitties on!
We kick off at 7:30 a.m. tomorrow!
Help Future Transports!
Want to help transport rescue kitties in the future? Sign up to be one of our volunteer drivers by filling out this form so we can contact you if a cat needs to go through your area! The more drivers we have, the more cats we can help! Thank you all!
Tremendous Thank You!
These cats are all safe and headed home thanks to some amazing work by many amazing people. We couldn't do any of it without our super partner in rescue, Stacey of Good Karma Pet Rescue of South Florida. Our super rescue friend, Maribel M. helped Suki and is also driving! Cutehead Shirley G. for rescuing Buddy. Our fabulous fosters: Cuteheads Colleen M., Stacy H., Tara R. and her daughter and Nicole D. My parents, Cuteheads Bob and Maraly, for helping out at the kitty condo. An incredible amount of gratitude is owed to our amazing vet, Dr. Seskus of East Oakland Animal Hospital.
And huge thanks to all our Cutehead drivers! YOU all make this possible. Maribel M., Kd P., Vicki O, Deb S., Shirley G., Melanie M., Desiree B., Amanda D., Donna S., Andrea D., Keely F., Linda G., Carol K., Barbara T., Danielle B., Danielle G. and Hannah D.! Extra thanks to Desiree and Amanda for being the sleepover spots in Raleigh, NC! What a wonderful group!
And best of all, thanks to the adopters and rescues: Andrea and Ed for adopting Suki, Danielle and Tina B. for adopting Bella and Danielle G. for adopting Luigi, HART of Maine for taking the kittens and the hoarder cats and Rikki's Refuge for taking Buddy!
