This Purr has Horsepower!

I'm pretty sure Tubbybutt has a corvette engine inside him. I wonder if he needs diesel fuel Fancy Feast to keep that thing running so smoothly, or if he can just get by with regular old unleaded tuna...

Or maybe he'd like a purrito?

  6. That is one wonderful purr. I have one that purrs almost as loud but he doesn't do it very long. But then I think if I held him for a long time he would keep purring. I really need to get a video camera. Great video. Have a great week.

    My cat sounds almost exactly like this....swallowing and all...her nose also runs when she is purring hard ;-)

  11. Does he ever cough? It might be a good idea to have his vet check him out for allergies. He seems to be straining to purr, and the constant swallowing is probably caused by a post nasal drip. My two cats did this before their vet said it was caused by an allergy to their dusty cat litter. I changed to a dust-free litter, and now they're fine.
