Cute Kitten Wants a Glass of Water

Dexter likes his yummy water just as much as the next cute kitten... but he is way classier than your average cat -- he prefers to drink his water from a glass!

    I bet that cat has access to a dozen bowls of clean water, yet still insists on drinking from the glass. It doesn't seem to matter how much easy access to water you offer, they always want to have the water source that's inconvenient!

    I have a Connecticut cousin who does the same thing - only her staff learned to use plastic glasses...the hard way.

    sooo cute! My Bobo used to gently put his paw in a glass of water and carefully remove it and drink the water from his paw....he was sooo polite!

    I like the video; it's very cute. I'm sorry but I get offended by the word retard and tard. It just isn't necessary to use that to describe a person or animal.

    BethBeth - VERY, very true (and agreed!) I definitely do not approve what they named the video. :( Unfortunate, because the kitty is so darn cute!

    The glass is almost bigger than the kitty! Fuz always tests the water with her paw before drinking from the glass! We were offended by the use of "tard" too. Mac & Fuz

    I just posted this on Cute's FB wall in response to another comment and wanted to share it here, too, because I hope this doesn't become a comment string about the name of the video... :(

    I completely agree the word is not nice. I wish I had control over what people called their videos, but the kitten is super, super cute regardless. Hope we can just all watch the video and enjoy it and ignore other people's ignorance.

    In my head, I'm replacing that word with "cute." Dexter is a CUTE. :)

    Sure glad he didn't get his head stuck in that glass. That was cute. WE all like to drink out of our Mom's glass. Great video.

    Mine drink from the sink, the tap, the mini water garden, puddles, glasses, you name it. Anything but the water that is left for them specially, of course. I guess that's the contrary nature of cats, and it's why we love them!

    Looks like my HarryKitty when he was a wee kitten. He still drinks out of my water glass to this day, almost three years later!
