Happy Two Cats Tuesday, Cuteheads! Today I thought I'd show you how the routine normally goes when I use the computer at home. It's a wonder I can get anything done around here!
If Moo is not sitting on my lap smothering my face with his face or
staring lovingly into my eyes, this is what he's doing...

I guess I'm not moving the cursor anytime soon!
Meanwhile, next to my chair on the floor lays this adorable sprawled Pimp...

Is Moo trying to angle so you can't see the pic of Pimp on your desktop?

ReplyDeleteAND sitting and covering my mousepad.. which is Pimp, too! (You can see better in the second picture.) He's very strategic. ;)

think it’s the mouse he wants but he is really covering Pimps face. LolThese are just 2 of my 6 furkins, Shakespeare and Thiefette.

ReplyDeleteHere is where my little one eyed Siamese, Winky, likes to sit when her daddy is trying to work. He is usually battling 4 cats for the chair, the desk, the mouse, a view of the screen . . . This is why I only work on my iPad while at home! Your Pimp and Moo are so cute! Almost as cute as my four girls . . . LOL

DeleteAw, that is so sweet that you have company! Hobbes doesn't like to cuddle too much, so he's over in his basket while I'm on the computer. Grace will sit on the table next to me, but she gets mad if I type or have to move my mouse. She ends up leaving. :(
ReplyDeleteBella, who looks a LOT like Pimp, likes to help my hubby work. Every time she hears the printer start up, she smacks it to make that horrible noise stop! I would love to have a smoochy kitty like Moo. My two are loves when they want, not when I want.

ReplyDeletemy baby tries to walk across the computer, lay on they keyboard, headbutt me in the face, bite my fingers as I type (ouch!) and just about anything else to get mom off this wretched machine and to PAY MORE ATTENTION TO HIM! lol. i'm glad your boy are a little more calm :)

Loki will sit right in front of my screen so the only way I can read it is to stand up a bit so I can see over her. I sometimes try to gently press her back to get her to lie down but mostly that gets me a chirp of indignation.

Harry the Farm cat sits in the publicist's lap and helps her to type. I think. She does not say nice things though when he helps her....
ReplyDeleteQuinn has two favorite spots, on the back of my husband's computer chair, or sprawled on his back just in my peripheral vision so that I keep having to look over and get distracted by him!
ReplyDeleteLOL I have similar issues around my computer at home & at work. I also have the same issues whenever I am doing homework, my textbooks become the most sought after kitty bed in the house! Also when I am sewing... I have piles of fabric all over my sewing room that the kitties rarely ever trod upon.... however the moment momma sits at the sewing machine, the fabric I am sewing also is very much sought after! :)

ReplyDeleteMochi likes my laptop itself and sits right on my keyboard whenever she has a chance. Or she tries to post some gibberish (to me) on my twitter LOL
One on my lap, one on the floor directly behind my chair (do not slide it back) one more on table next to printer that I have to fight with for space to place the keyboard. MOL
ReplyDeletePressing between me and the keyboard to get all that attention I'm currently giving the keys; attacking the hand over the mouse (kittens do this), walking on the keyboard (they're not supposed to, and they KNOW it!), lying on whatever paper is on my desk, especially if I'm trying to read from it; taking anything moveable and batting it off the desk (and looking after it as if to say, 'oh, gravity. Yeah.') and the WORST thing ever: they curl up next to my feet, which is also next to the wheels of the chair, so if I move without checking, I'll run over them, hear squeals and feel guilty for the rest of the day.
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm pretty sure that as soon as I leave the room, they're online going to their favorite kitty supply stores, ordering toys and food. They (unfortunately) know where I keep my credit card number.
