Here is a man reading the newspaper with his two 10-month-old kittens, Pip and Fritz. Does this kind of shenanigans look familiar to any of you?
NOTE FROM CUTE: Guess what? I start my new job today! I'll post more about it later, but I just wanted to let you know the good news. I'm excited about it, but I have no idea how Moo is going to deal with being by himself all day long now... He's been stuck to my side, or my lap, for weeks.

ReplyDeleteMy question is, who would want to read the paper when you could play with kittens instead?!?
ReplyDeleteps: Congrats on the new job!

ReplyDeleteCongrats on the new job!!!
Such cute kittens - love their stripey heads - can there be TWIN kittens? Congratulations on the new job!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your new job!! That's great.
ReplyDeleteThese kittens are adorable........
Kitties make good paperweights! ;) Concats on the new job!!!!
ReplyDeleteLove these cute playful kitties. Congrats on the new job; don't worry cats are pretty independant, and your two have each other for company. You will probably notice they will demand your undivided attention for a short while when you get home each day, most likely they will get used to your return time and "wait" for you every day! My cat does this and rushes out when he hears the car pull into the drive. I drop everything and pick him up for a few minutes, this continues inside where he jumps on the table top to be petted for a while whilst pawing and patting at me . He also let a "foreign" cat in for company, could'nt believe it, thought I was seeing double as my cat marched in behind me into the kitchen, ... and went and sat right next to a doppleganger - no fur flying, obviously his buddy, how about that! Cats will find a way to keep happy in your absence. L -X
ReplyDeleteI just fainted from the cute!
ReplyDeleteFirst - congratulations on the new job. I'm excited for you - a new beginning. Moo will be just fine - he will probably sleep all day and expect a lot of attention from you when you get home. Those kittens are so adorable.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your job! Have you ever tried flower essences for your kitties? I've used them successfully on mine to help with changes and transitions.
ReplyDeleteCONGRATULATIONS! Hope things go great for you!! Love today's video...everything is a toy to the baby kitties!
ReplyDeleteConCATulations on the new job. Moo will adjust but since he is a kitty it will take awhile. A little extra praise and attention never hurt...ask any kitty

Awe! I tried to work a jigsaw puzzle over the winter (hadn't done that in years)! I couldn't complete the puzzle because my cat Roady had to lay across all the pieces. Nuff said. HPN
ReplyDeleteYeah!! Congratulations on the new job!!
ReplyDeleteToo cute. Kittens are just way too much fun. Thanks Dorian for all that you did for the protest against that horrible hotel. That is such a horrible situation .
ReplyDeleteCongrats on new job. Moo will be fine too. This video is so cute ! I too have a hard time reading the paper, Louie will sit on it as I'm reading & Eli will tear it & eat the paper.

ReplyDeleteOh, I'm so glad for your new job!! YAY!!!
ReplyDeleteHey, a kitten's gotta do what a kitten's gotta do.
I'd be playing with them, too, instead of reading. That's the point that the kittens are making.
Happy to hear you're back to work.
ReplyDeleteThese kittens are the absolute cutest!! They're twins! They have the same exact darling markings! I've never seen anything like it, I love it!X's
Hooray!! I'm so glad to hear that you have a new job!!! I'm sure Pimp is probably just waiting for you to go so he has some free time to sit on the kitchen table or claw the couch. You know--all that stuff they aren't supposed to be doing.
