Annabelle loves baskets -- so why not go for a bike ride in one?

Personally, both of my two cats would jump right out of that thing and dart off, but Annabelle looks so relaxed and calm about the whole thing. I don't think she's sure yet that she likes it, but she doesn't not like it either...

Squirrel and His Smurf House

This little rock squirrel has a cuter, comfier house than most of the kitties and doggies I know!

It kind of reminds me of one of the houses from The Smurfs -- remember them? It's the smurfiest!



Here's a Smurf house for comparison... It does look like it, right?

(Not that I think that dog could ever possibly get his whole self through that cat door -- I'm not even sure he how got his head in! -- but this kitty sure is determined to keep him out...)

3-Week Old Beagle's Squeaky Howl

Ah-ooooh! Ah-ooooh!

As a follow-up to this morning's Kitten Meowing Like a Sheep, here's a baby puppy trying his hardest to make big sounds, too...

This little guy is trying to squeak out the biggest howl he can. He seems to have a pretty good coach, so he should be a howling machine in no time at all!

As soon as this little kitty let out his first little mew, I let out a huge awwww. Out loud. To myself. Couldn't help it, and I'm pretty sure I awwwwed at least three more times before the video was over.

What a sweet little meow! He sounds like a sheep, doesn't he?
