The Cutest Soggy Kitten You Ever Did See
When you're a floofy kitty, baths happen. There's no way to avoid them, so the easiest way to get it over with is just to give in, stay still and cooperate...

Aww, poor little muffin!
ReplyDeleteAwwwwwwwww poor baby! So much misery in that sweet face! I really hope there was a good reason for that bath, as for most cats, a bath is torture of the worst kind.
ReplyDeleteKitteh is not amused.
ReplyDeleteActually, mine thoroughly enjoys his annual bath. He stands there and pushes his bum up against my hands, while purring loudly, when I massage shampoo into his back. If you start them young, they just accept it as inevitable and I do only bath him when I can feel his skin feels gritty and grimy under all that long floof.
ReplyDeletePoor kitty. I don't understand why these cats just sit there looking miserable. That one does not look happy.
ReplyDeleteBook is on the way, Enjoy
Honestly, I don't think this is cute or funny at all. Most of the time cats don't even need baths; they groom themselves. Even long-haired cats. If they are treated for fleas and brushed regularly, generally they don't need to be bathed. Even if, for some reason, you feel a cat must be bathed, their misery is not cute or funny. Just my opinion!
ReplyDeletePoor kitty. Sherpa likes a bath. Hmmmm
ReplyDeleteThat is one unhappy kitteh. The Yoda ears, the half-closed eyes, the expression that says, "You may have won this match, but I wouldn't go around barefoot if I were you."
ReplyDeleteI think this kitteh shall seek revenge!
ReplyDeleteI think you're right everyone... this kitty knows where his humans sleep! ;) It's just cute to see what he looks like with flattened floof. I bet he seems so much bigger dry!
ReplyDeleteOh my, someone is going to be sorry later!
ReplyDeleteI'm not into revenge. If my human EVER tried to get me wet, it would be INSTANT Karma.
ReplyDeleteSeriously, if that cat isn't plotting some kind of revenge I would be very surprised!
ReplyDeleteOh, man, that poor kitty! Is he sick? I wondered why he is just sitting like that. Either he is sick or he is used to this. He also looks like a "Gremlin" from the movie all those years ago!
ReplyDeletePoor kitty - he is getting soaked!!!! The indignity of it all.
ReplyDeleteHa ha ~ poor kitty! My Banjo actually doesn't mind a bath now and then.
ReplyDeleteHope Pimp is feeling better!
wow super well-behaved cat and cute too.
ReplyDeleteWow, he's so....resigned.
ReplyDeletePoor kitty.
Awww...poor baby! I feel mean just looking at him.
ReplyDeleteHey, I don't enjoy my insulin injections, but they're vital. SOMETIMES a cat HAS to have a bath. I hate to do it, but I must admit they can be amusing, & it isn't as though you've hurt their feelings. They don't think as we do; you're anthropomorphizing--something many do. IF one were to bathe the kitty too much, harm could result, but on occasion? They'll get over it.
ReplyDeleteDid you know some house cats =like= water?
