After showing up on my back porch and camping out for a couple weeks, Moo managed to convince the stubborn lady that he picked to be his new mom (Me? Stubborn about admitting a cat is part of the family?! I have no idea why anyone would think that! Hehe.) that he was ours and we were his.
You can read all about Moo's Gotcha Story on the original post I wrote about it five whole years ago here: Moo: The Newest Member of My Family!
Moo started out as a scrawny, dirty cat outside begging for attention, and now he's a fat, shiny inside cat... still begging for attention!
Moo before. Skinny and dirty. Just look at that brown chin and dirty chest furs! |
Moo now. He's, um, "filled out" quite a bit and he cleans up pretty well! |
HAPPY GOTCHA DAY, MOO!

ReplyDeleteThat is a great story!!!!! Moo looks so happy! Happy 5th Anniversary!
ReplyDeleteWe just brought in a white and black cat just yesterday meowing on our porch. We had seen him before and this time he came right in. You should see his face!! Well actually kind of hard to see his eyes and forehead. He really has a mask on!! The whit part of his face is top of the nose and his nose. Perfectly outlined black mask! You can barely see his beautiful green eyes!
I posted an ad to see if he belongs to someone. He is quite young and not neutered but he came in very clean and nice fur. We are falling in love with him!! Best to check if he has a home and if not he might be ours. Mmmmmm, not sure all four kitties we have really like that.
Have a great day Moo in your wonderful home!
Happy gotcha day, Moo!
