Pimp, Moo and Phantom's Halloween Costumes!

Happy Halloween! As with every holiday (much to these kitties joy!), everyone dressed up! And this was Phantom's first Halloween, so that made it even more special.

I had my doubts about whether I could get them to all sit still together long enough for a group picture, but I did it! And not only that... but there's video also!

Seriously. I can't handle it. They are so darn cute!

Let's talk about Pimp first... He is some sort of dragon. I know this because it has wings, but the puffball threw me off a little. Either way, we all know the best part of a kitty costume is the head piece!

As usual, I am thrilled.

I am a mighty (scrawny) dragon!

Then Moo. Moo is a pumpkin because it fits his rotund figure quite nicely. He is the only one who had trouble getting the velcro to fasten underneath his belly... He's clearly been gaining weight for this role as a pumpkin for quite a while now.

I am so dapper in anything I wear, am I not?

And Phantom... This was his first Halloween, and his first time dressing up (that I know of, at least. I have no idea what his former "family" did with him).

And he was such a good sport! He didn't particularly want to wear it, but he put on a good show for his momma and for the camera and played along well. He was a devil! Because, honestly, he hardly even had to dress up. ;)

This is my sweet face. I'm not fooling mom, though. Am I fooling you?

It was all I could do to not explode laughing while filming this. These boys are just so funny sitting there. Priceless. Just priceless.

Pimp and Moo's Halloween Costumes - Eeyore and Pooh!

Happy Halloween, Cuteheads! You know we couldn't possibly let this go by without the boys dressing up!

This year we take a little trip to the Hundred Acre Wood... and Pimp and Moo become Eeyore and Winnie the Pooh!

(We'd like to thank our fabulous friends at Petsmart for sending us these costumes. They let us pick whatever we wanted, and this was the clear winner! Next choice would have been Bert and Ernie, in case you were wondering.)

I love these costumes! I think they might be my all-time favorites, and we've dressed up as a bunch of stuff!

Two Cats Tuesday: Pimp and Moo's Halloween Costumes!

Happy Two Cats Tuesday, Cuteheads! Today Pimp and Moo want to show you their costumes... They are breakfast!

What do I mean? Well, you'll see. Pimp is a sizzling piece of bacon and Moo is a goofy banana!

We are cute enough to eat!

Arent they just ridiculous? I'm telling you what, I could hardly take this picture because I was laughing so hard that my phone was shaking. I'm surprised any came out in focus!

This is actually the first costume that Pimp has seemed to not mind. Usually he hides and gets really low and tries to get away, but he just sat there and didn't even make a run for under the bed. And he posed! He is such a good boy.

I am unpeeling you with my eyes.

And Moo... This is what was cracking me up. This banana costume just killed me. I think I was crying from laughing so hard. Isn't he adorable?

Teddy the Talking Porcupine Loves Pumpkin (and a Jamie Update!)

Teddy the talking porcupine is very vocal about how much he loves his food. He talks and talks! And don't you dare try to take it away from him... He'll tell you about that, too!

Two Cats Monday: Halloween Costumes and Happy Birthday to Moo!

Today is a big day around here. It's Halloween (the boys can't wait to show you their costumes!) and it's also Moo's birthday! What a great way to start the week!

Pimp and Moo's Halloween costumes this year are probably the most adorable ones I've ever gotten them. They are deluxe and a little wild. What do you say we go on a little safari...

Oh hai! Elephant Moo here. I have a TRUNK!

Moo is an elephant! The costume is really so ridiculous. He has giant ears, a trunk and tusks. Moo had to be the elephant because there was no way Pimp was going to handle all that stuff on his head.

RAWR! I am a fierce tiger. Can't you tell? Rawr, I say. Rawr!

Not very intimidating, is he? That tiger costume makes him look like an adorable stuffed animal and I just wanted to hug him the whole time he had it on. Don't you just want to snuggle him?

Whoa! It's like a jungle on our couch! Tigers and elephants and kitties, oh my! (Moo thinks Pimp looks ridiculous.)

We are kind of flat, but that's only because we have these ridiculous costumes on. But don't worry, we got yummy treats right after!

And now on to Moo's birthday! I figured enough was enough already with the Halloween costumes, so I didn't make him wear a birthday hat, but he is getting lots of extra love and smooches today!

Two Cats Tuesday: Our New Halloween Bowls!

Happy Two Cats Tuesday, Cuteheads! We always get excited around holidays around here, especially Halloween. I'm a big dork when it comes to holidays. I love to decorate, and Pimp and Moo get in on the action, too!

Today Moo wants to show you their festive bowls and placemats!

These are our new spooky bowls! I am not afraid to eat out of them. Nothing can spook me away from noms!

And look how scary our placemats are! They are skulls and they are holograms which means that look like they move sometimes. Eeek!

Pimp and Moo don't want to spoil the surprise of what they're going to be for Halloween yet, but we will say that it's going to be wild! ;)

Hope you kitties and doggies are all getting lots of treats this month!

A Look Back at Pimp's Halloween Costumes... (and it's Moo's birthday!)

First the big news: Today is a big day... it's Moo's birthday!

Happy Halloween, Cuteheads! Hope all the doggies and kitties get extra treats today!

Since it's Halloween -- and Pimp and Moo already showed you their costumes this year -- I figured we could take a look a bunch of Pimp's costumes from past years! (In case you've been living under a rock and didn't notice, I like to dress him up.)

This definitely isn't all his costumes and outfits, but it's all the ones I could find saved on my computer. I'm pretty sure he was born before digital cameras were big (or before I had one, at least) and several computers ago, so we're missing a little bit of his timeline here, but I'm sure you'll enjoy what I did find!

And, oh my goodness, I'm almost the worst mommy! TODAY IS MOO'S BIRTHDAY! He's the big 3 today! Happy birthday to my favorite cow-cat in the world! :)

It's my birthday and I'll look cute if I want to!

Happy Two Cats Tuesday, Cuteheads! Today is fun... Pimp and Moo dressed up in their Halloween costumes!

A while ago, we had a vote on what they should be this year. The voting was close, but after a lot of thought (this is an important decision!), we decided that Pimp would be Moo and Moo would be Pimp.

What?!?!

Yup, Pimp dressed up as a cow (cat). And Moo dressed up as a pimp. So funny!

I have spots! And udders... Moo doesn't have those. I make a better cow!

Well, I have a crushed velvet jacket. And zebra stripes. And a pimptastic hat!

Oh yeah? But I have GOOGLY EYES. You're just plain googly.

Me? Googly? Noooo. Boogery, maybe. Hehe, but not googly!

OK, fine. We're even... and both REALLY, really cute!

Pimp and Moo wanted to dress up a little early for Halloween so they could make it for Two Cats Tuesday. I told them it was OK (I mean, really, who am I to argue if they want to be this cute?!). I hope you enjoyed their costumes!

Oh! And we got the cow costume from our favorite shop, NipandBones.com -- there are a bunch of costumes on sale if you want to dress up your own fur babies. :)

Two Cats Tuesday is here again! Today's is extra special because Cute needs your help! I can't decide what Pimp and Moo should be for Halloween...

This is a VERY important decision -- the boys dress up every single year. Pimp (who is 11) has a whole closet full of costumes almost!

That's one of his previous costumes on the right... a fierce dragon! He's also been Elvis, a biker dude, a Mexican bandito, a joker, a pumpkin, a pimp, a devil... and probably others, but I can't remember right now. He loves to dress up. :)

Happy Halloween, Cuteheads! This is one of my favorite holidays because it gives me an excuse -- like I need one -- to dress up Pimp and Moo. (It's also Moo's BIRTHDAY today! He's the big 2! Great, the terrible twos...)

If you remember before, we had a vote to see what Pimp should be this year. You all decided he should be a pirate, but we had a small issue -- it was sold out in his size. Yikes!

So we had to go with Plan B, which I actually think worked out better... because now they got matching costumes! For the same price as the one would have cost me for Pimp, I got both Pimp and Moo new outfits! Check 'em out.

Oh no! It looks like the prisoner has escaped!

What?! Where is he? I'm on it!

There he is! He's running so fast, he lost his hat!

Today's Two Cats Tuesday is really exciting... you get to help pick Pimp and Moo's Halloween costumes!

Anyone who knows me knows I love to dress up my cats. Pimp has had a different Halloween costume every year for the past 10 years. I love it way more than he does, but he does it because he knows it makes his mommy happy. :)
