Sweet, gentle nose-to-nose Eskimo kisses are what makes this adorably beautiful owl happy. She loves her kisses and, from the look on her face, loves the person giving them to her, too.
Mrs. Owl looks quite comfy in her nest, just looking around watching the world go by. Anything has to be more interesting that the inside of a nest box, so one of her babies decides to pop his cute owl head out to say hello!
Oh hai, baby owl! My, what big eyes you have!
Help! We desperately need ONE more driver for our transport this weekend! And we need to know TODAY!
Saturday June 22
Columbia, SC to Charlotte, NC from about 12:30pm to 1:40pm
I knew owls were cute... but I never knew they were THIS cute.
The main, cuddly lovely owl in this video is named Spring. He loves to be petted! I think I melted just watching him and how happy he is.
Spring and the other owls here are all from the I Falconieri delle Orobie in Italy. (I'm honestly not sure what that is, but they have a Facebook page and a website if you want to see more pictures and things!)
Thanks to Cute's friend, Carol, for sharing this cute lovely owl video!
I have no idea what this cute little owl is after (I can't see anything, can you?), but whatever it is better watch out! He's really, really good at the pounce attack -- and he's not giving up, either.
Is it a shadow? A dust? A corner?
I don't know. But I do know that this owl video is a Cute!
This is Kitty, a little Malay Eagle Owl (and one of the cutest darn things I ever did see!). Just listen to how she does this chatter thing when the woman pets her. It's like it's an owl's version of a purr!
And don't her little side floofies remind you of Pete the baby bird who was in my backyard a couple weeks ago?
This owl reminds me of our old Olan Mills family portrait... "Tilt your head to the left. A little more... a little more... a little more... OK, now hold it..." Awful.
