Exercising his hard work, especially if you're a lazy sloth. So it's not surprising that they let out some cute little grunts and just seem like it is very, very strenuous.
Clearly, he's working out very hard. And very cutely!
P.S. If a person makes these same noises in the gym, there's no way it would be cute at all. Sloths can get away with anything!
It's very important to stay in shape. If you don't have a gym membership or weights at home, you can just use your cats to add resistance! It's good exercise for your you -- and fun for your kitty!
Here is a delightful workout video that shows a whole bunch of moves you can do, and the only equipment you need is a cat or two!
Holly the cat needs to lose weight. But at almost 20 pounds and 13 years old, she's pretty set in her ways. She doesn't care for toys or catnip or anything else a normal kitty would do to get more exercise... but she does love to swim laps!
Suited up in her life jacket (safety first!), she makes regular trips to the pool to swim her laps and get her exercise. And it doesn't look like it bothers her one bit!
She's got seven pounds to lose. I wonder how many laps that is?
If your kitty has a New Year's resolution to lose weight, then this is the video for you! You can sneak in a little exercise -- and kitty even gets to eat to do it!
Of course, he may not appreciate the work he has to do to get the food, but you have to admit... the treadmill idea is a pretty good one!
NOTE FROM CUTE: We have the biggest transport ever coming up! There will be 15 kitties total catching a ride on the Cute Express, and they'll be traveling nearly 1,700 miles with 5 stops along the way, and who knows how many Cutehead drivers helping them along the way! Yay! That's 15 cats that were at our local kill shelter that are now going to happy places!
When it comes to exercising, it is very helpful to have a buddy. This way you can motivate each other and push each other when you're slacking.
I love running, so this video made me smile. What if your cat was your exercise buddy? Wouldn't that just be the perfect match? And wouldn't you kind of want to exercise more?
This kitty's name is Lyusya, and she is so into her running on the treadmill that she doesn't even want to stop when her mom is done!
I know it's Caturday and all the kitties should be relaxing... but some cats are so determined to keep their feline figures that they can't take a single day off their exercise routines.
Like this cat, who is jiggling along on his iGallup machine. (I didn't know what one was either, so I checked and found it here. Interesting.) I'm not sure if he likes it or not, but I don't know if his human would like it much either! Haha.
It's World Cup time, so of course the cats want to get in on the excitement, too! This is my favorite herd of cow cats playing a little game of kitty soccer.
Personally, I think the gray and white one is a better goalie than some of the human players out there... What do you think?
It's very important for kitties to eat right, get good sleep and exercise regularly. My kitties generally exercise by chasing each other around the house and playing with toys... but this kitty is serious about his workout out!
If any doggies out there need to lose a little weight or just tone up some, I highly recommend the doggie workout routine in the video below -- you'll have barkatular legs in no time... and look cute doing it!
