Fat Cat vs. Wall of Dominoes

This isn't Shammy the cat's first time at the dominoes rodeo. She's an expert at knocking them down, and she's done it before.

Shammy comes to visit every now and then (she is this guy's sister's cat), and when she does, the two of them like to have their fun by setting up elaborate dominoes mazes and contraptions and then watching them all fall down. Of course a kitty would love this!


P.S. The Cheese Kittens from the #CheeseCatsCaravan transport this weekend made it home safely! Here they are at Cutehead Robin B.'s house in Texas!

Cat Patty-Cake Tango

Two cats do a little tango dance while stopping to play patty cake a few times along the way.

It's all very graceful and choreographed, I think. These kitties have some very fancy paw-work!


NOTE FROM CUTE: Our next transport coming up is for a cutie bobtail cat named Oscar! He was saved from animal control and is heading to his forever home in Texas!

Fat Cat Struggles to Fit in Tiny Box

No box is too small for a cat. Some of them just require a little extra effort, that's all. Especially if you're a bit on the chunky side.

Couple times she thinks she has it (right around :30 is a perfect example!), and gracefully and slowly starts to lower her fuzzy butt down, only to realize that's not quite right. Maybe making a little more space by kicking a paw out? Nah, that's not it either. Persistence pays off though!

Chunky Cat Swims Laps to Lose Weight

Holly the cat needs to lose weight. But at almost 20 pounds and 13 years old, she's pretty set in her ways. She doesn't care for toys or catnip or anything else a normal kitty would do to get more exercise... but she does love to swim laps!

Suited up in her life jacket (safety first!), she makes regular trips to the pool to swim her laps and get her exercise. And it doesn't look like it bothers her one bit!

She's got seven pounds to lose. I wonder how many laps that is?

Fat Cat Squeezes Under Couch

Picture a fat cat. Now picture that small amount of space under your couch. What is it, like a few inches, max?

Now picture that the fat cat decided he is going to somehow flatten and squeeze himself in that tiny under-the-couch space.

It takes some definite effort and he's not giving up until he gets under there... And then watching him come out is just as cute!

This one is a little tricky. One of these fluffy white blobs is Shirobu the cat. The other is a really soft-looking plush seal toy.

Here's a hint: If you watch long enough, one of the blobs stretches.

"Walking for Kisses" - Starring Pork Chop the Cat

Easily the best short film I've ever seen. Walking for Kisses combines action, a beautiful love story and a really, really cute cat named Pork Chop.

The plot is simple, but perfect: Pork Chop walks for kisses.


This one's been making the rounds, so thanks to The Daily What, Catsparella, Huffington Post and whoever made the first find of the gem! Love it!

Fat Cat in a Pot

When this family rescued Annie as a little tabby kitten, she fit in her favorite pot with no problem. And then she decided she liked to eat and became a happy, chunky girl -- who still loves her pot!

Even if it is a little bit of a tight squeeze now...


Wondering how in the world silly Annie got out of there after? I was, too, and luckily they posted a video of it! It's almost as cute as getting in.

This pudgy kitty is trying to tell us something. Hmmm... Now if we could just figure out what it wants. Obviously he wants something.

What could it be? Gosh. Wouldn't it just be easier if they could speak English? Anyone know what he wants?

Big Cat vs. Little Hole

Spot might be a little tubby, but in her defense, her cat door might also be a tad tiny... Cute is not going to be the one to make that call here, but we will say that Spot is one determined kitty!

Spot's owners built her that little step to help her out with the door (how thoughtful!) and they did want us to know that she's very sweet... and on a diet.

Cat in the Box Cat... with No Box?

This is the cat in the box cat that we all loooove, Maru. And he's back... and this time with no box.

No box, you say? That's just ridiculous! I know. It struck me as odd, too. This cat is always getting himself into something (even if it's not a box -- see his Bag on Head video!).

But now, here is is just looking cute. And you know what? I love this cat. I love in him a box or with a fox. In a bag or or on some shag... Anyway, you get the point. Cute loves Maru!

This is Maru -- the same cat from Cat in the Box fame. He's back at it with the boxes, but this time he's picked a bigger opponent.

For him, no box is too big or too small to get in. Where there's a will, there's a way... (and keep watching -- the funniest is part is him jumping out of the box).

We all know I love animals, but I absolutely lerrrrve baby animals. (Lerve: To delight in another's existence beyond what can be expressed with a mundane word like love.)

The mini versions are (usually) so much cuter! Check out the Zoo Babies slideshow -- I can't embed it here, but check it out at that link -- and pick your favorite.

If you haven't decided what to get me for Christmas yet, I'll take a baby hippo, a baby zebra and a baby seal. You can keep the baby parrot.

A delightful look into the life of the unicorn (why they're fat, I don't know... but I'm thinking it has something to do with cupcakes). These are such cute unicorns, too! By far the cutest ones I've ever seen.

I'm thinking this game must have started waaaaay back when Maru the fat cat was just a little guy -- and he actually fit in these boxes, like jumping through a hoop.

But now, bless his little heart, he doesn't seem to realize that he's outgrown his little game. AND I LOVE HIM FOR IT!
